چکیده
2D metal–organic frameworks are attractive filler in mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) due to the high aspect ratio and contact opportunity at filler–polymer interface. However, their alignment polymer remains a challenge fully play functions. Herein, our best knowledge, for first time, facile synthesis of KAUST-7-NH2 (KAUST, King University Science Technology) nanoplate is reported with 1D channels an greater than 30. The nanoplates incorporated aligned 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride-2,4-diaminomesitylene (6FDA-DAM) under shear force loading up 50 wt%. large difference adsorption abilities between CO2 CH4 from (001)-oriented nanoplate-based MMMs favorable interaction interface contribute excellent CO2/CH4 separation performance. resultant show selectivity 66.2% enhancement (surpassed 2008 Robeson upper bound), antiplasticization 17 bar, long-term stability 240 h indicating its good potential natural gas treatment.

A new tetrazolate zeolite-like framework with a diamond topology, UTSA-49, was synthesized. UTSA-49 shows high selectivity for CO2/CH4 and CO2/N2 indicating a synergistic effect of the suitable pore size/shape and functional groups.
متن کاملMolecular Sieve Silica Membranes For H2/CO Separation
Membranes have been used for gas separation for quite some time but have seen major growth during the 90’s [1]. For many industrial applications involving gas streams, it is important that membranes resist high temperatures and corrosive environments. As in Table 1, organic membranes are not heat resistant at high temperatures while zeolite membranes have pore sizes too large to separate gases ...
